Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Status: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $58,000–$62,000 annually (based on experience)
About the Role
Animal Equality is seeking a strategic, analytical, and deeply mission-aligned Marketing Coordinator to help drive forward our campaigns and global fundraising efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role supports the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives—including paid advertising, campaign material coordination, and performance analysis—to engage the public, mobilize supporters, and raise funds to end cruelty to farmed animals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in data-driven decision making processes, uses insights to produce deliverables and enhance creatives, understands the urgency of our mission, and wants their marketing skills to directly advance animal protection.

Key Responsibilities
• Track and report on paid content campaigns. Deliver weekly reports and insights to refine strategies.
• Monitor and optimize email sequences, donation pages, lead generation forms and other digital elements. with the goal of enhancing the user journey.
• Maintain clean data tagging, assist with audience segmentation, and support syncing of campaign data to CRM.
• Coordinate production of marketing deliverables (email, ads, landing pages) with other teams for major campaigns.
• Create assets for paid campaigns as needed.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and across teams to ensure campaign alignment and support.
Qualifications
• 1–2 years in digital marketing with hands-on paid media execution (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Strong analytics capabilities. Proficient with Excel/Sheets, ad performance tools and CRM/email platforms. Knowledge of EveryAction preferred.
• Basic knowledge of creative tools like Canva is preferred.
• Proactive, fast learner, detail-oriented, and focused. Comfortable under pressure.
